25 Minute Intervals Workout
In these times of social distancing, where group runs can't happen, RunChat is here to run with you. On today's episode, Bryan, Coach John and Billy lead you through an interval workout. You'll start with a 5 minute warm up followed by 10x 1 minute of hard running and 1 minute of active recovery. During those 1 minute segments, the guys play a new game we're calling Pardon The InterRUNption (apologies to Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon). We'll discuss a topic for one minute before the bell rings, after which you move onto your next segment and we move onto our last topic. Good luck and get running!
